Lost Ark themed build

So, I've had this just sitting around for a while, I've always wanted to build this myself, but can't seem to wrap my head around how certain things should be built, as relatively close to the concept art as possible. So, I'm wondering what builder or build teams would charge for something like this? I have no idea what the scale would be, I do not have a set price, but I would like a quote with the hypothetical scale being 350x350, minus the city surrounding it.

I would say this type of project would be $200+ for my builder.

If you want something really good and as close as possible to the concept art then you should contact build teams outside MCM. Because most build teams aka service teams on here are garbage and under deliver like crazy. By the way 350x350 is way to small if you want the proportions to look half decent, neither is this going to be cheap. You should expect to be spending at least $350-700 or even more.
