What do you do? Well I do both motion and graphics design as I study both and have both as an hobby.

So you will split the 80% between all the designers or the designer(s) that worked on the commission? Sorry I've never been on a team so idk how they work T-T80% Unless they specify a valid reason for the other 20%. Most the 20% will be spent on servers and new updates for our team

What do you do? [GFX, Web Developing, Other] I do GFX, 3D texture packs, server setups(i've been working on and setting up servers for over 3 years) i also do some animation and im an amature builder.
Why we should accept you: Because I probably have more experience at building servers than most of the people on your team, also my GFX arn't too bad so there's that.
Why you want to join our team: I'm stuck in a fun situation where i can't get a job where i live and I'm trying to store up some money towards my college years.

Why we should accept you:
I like graphics design and I have always wanted to make a team, but never did. I can cooperate and I use programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop which are one of the best tools for a graphics designer. I love to create logos and icons, but I also like creating another graphics like banners, backgrounds and cartoon characters. What I love about GFX is that I have a very creative mind so its easy for me to think of a good logo design. My style is mostly based off minimalism and simplicity and I'm even bringing it to the streets with my anonymous public graffiti. I think many graffiti artists and minimalism artists are too unoriginal. Spray painting a bubbly text or drawing 3 lines as a letter "E" is a bit boring, don't you think? I like to keep it simple, but original - express myself with unseen work.
Why you want to join our team: Because I have always wanted to join a team and work together. Also I like learning new tips and facts from another GFX designers to get better at graphic designing every day.

Why would you like to join the team?: I would like to join the team because I would love to be a part of a community that enjoys designing as much as I do. I love viewing others' designs and comparing their work to mine. I love helping other designers with their work and giving tips to less experienced designers on what might look better on a certain project. There appears to be a few of very talented designers either applying for this team or are already members of Lost Creations. I would also like to help the team as a whole, whether it be with official texts or website designs or member acceptance. I have a lot of management experience and used to own my own graphics team so being a part of Lost is no new feat for me.
Why we should accept you?: You should accept me into Lost Creations because I truly understand all of the elements of design. I have been designing for probably around 4 years now and have a designers mind for sure. I know what looks good and what doesn't, constantly adapting my styles to what looks best for the client. I have both a very minimalistic design style when needed and an abstract/clustered style when needed as well. As a person, I have always been very creative in terms of designing, even since I was little. I would always draw random objects and turn them into intricate designs and textures. My designs are clean, professional, and all around worth it for customers.

Why we should accept you: Well you should accept me since I make my GFX fast (It really depends on what is asked), I am very friendly to customers, and I am patient. I have also been doing GFX for at least 2 years now and I've gotten lots of great experience with GFX. Onto the Web Developing reasons I learned to code 2 years ago, and I have taken lots of courses, and my teacher used to give me High School's AP class's challenges to finish (which he told me he was shocked to see what I did and didn't expect anything like it (in a good way)).
Why you want to join our team: Well I want to join your team because I want to see the different kinds of styles that are used around me and try to learn them.
