By purchasing a trailer from Lost Creations, you agree that:
1. You will not chargeback, no matter the circumstances. If you do legal actions will be taking with PayPal.
2. You will not change the branding incorporated in this trailer, design, animation, or website.
3. Refunds are not accepted under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
4. All trailers, designs, animations, or websites that we (LostCreations) produce have the right to be published on any website or in any of our team members "portfolio" sections.
5. We have the right to deny service to ANYONE.
6. If you back out towards our final points in the creation point we have the right to request and take the other 50%.
7. If you back out early in the deal we have the right to keep the first 50% down payment.
8. You also agree to the ToS featured in the "Contact Us" Typeform.
