Hello, I am Louis. I'm a 15 year old boy from England, and love to help servers in regards to population, finances, advice and management. Over the course of 2-3 years, I have had many experiences ranging from large player bases to small player bases, each of them throwing challenging scenarios and obstacles in the way.
Like I said, I have had much experience, and would like to list them here. To keep it nice and short, I am just going to quote the servers name, if you have a problem with that or want more information as to why I was demoted / left, please shoot me a PM!

Ok, now I am going to explain why you should choose me! Right, I am going to start it off by talking about my dedication. I am a very dedicated individual and gets tasks done efficiently and effectively. When dedicates, I become very active and try to do lots for the server. I will never work for 3 servers at once, just to increase my dedication to a maximum of 2 servers. No matter what the business is, the server is or what the TeamSpeak is, I will always be interested to help manage it. I mostly do Minecraft / discord server management but can do TeamSpeak and business management too. I can be a community manager, marketing representative, director, staff manager, financial advisor, sales representative and administrator. When I'm an administrator, I tend to be more system side, but can do both stereotypical administration and system administration.
Toxic, I am not a toxic individual and will not EVER bully, disrespect or exclude other players on your server. This I believe is disgusting and should be extinct from every server. I have grown up in a strict family (not to be mean or anything) and know what's tolerated and not.
Friendly; I am a very friendly individual and people like to be around me. I have worked in professional environments and still know how to have a laugh / be friendly. Although I do not like to show a weak side, but I am very reliant on friends and peers. I have several experiences where fellow entrepreneurs have "scummed" or "scammed" me of money, players and staff members.
Outgoing, I am a very outgoing person, and love to go out of my way to help someone, or punish someone. I would take time out of my day to review scam reports etc.
Active. I am a very active adult, I play many sports such as table tennis, basketball, rugby, cricket, rounder's and football. I still find time to be active on the forum and on the discord though, I will roughly estimate about 2 hours a day dedicated to the discord and forums.
Follower. I do not tend to be a "follower". This means agreeing with someone just because they are your friend, or if someone has high reputation. I do not lookup and am not inspired by followers and I think this can be a great trait, especially when it comes to scam reports.
Professional; as an entrepreneur I know how frustrating a business gets, especially when you have immature staff members. Me being 18 and all, I think I'm matured enough for MOST company's.
Performance
As part of any staff team or community I strive to be the best staff I can, I strive to maintain the ability to efficiently work and get things done. As users players on the forum will be unhappy if things are not done efficiently and during a considerable time frame. As a staff member I get things done to increase player enjoyment and activity. A quality I have possessed is a perfectionist and I continue to make things perfect and show others I am worthy of my prefix as moderator.
Maturity
As I turn 15 I have developed into a very mature person. I handle every situation In a calm, happy and very mature manner even when caving under pressure of toxic players.
Trustworthy
Trust is a great thing; it can be easily earned and easily broken. As a member of any community I endeavour to earn everyone’s trust and keep it that way, I keep my promises and never break any rule or law.
Respect
Respect is a very important trait for anyone let alone a staff member. If I was chosen as a staff member on your server I will treat everyone with the utter most respect.
Responsibility
I would complete any tasks given efficiently and take responsibility for any action I take. As a staff member I never slack off and always take issues at hand and never hand the problem to someone else. As a staff member you looked up to be very perfect but when a staff member does mess up they are expected to take full responsibility and fix any issues cause by their actions and I have the upmost respect for this.
Bias
I believe this is a great trait to have as a staff member as it shows your dedication and knowledge of every situation, when dealing with issues that includes 2 or more people involved you must take everyone’s story and use your knowledge and skills to make the best choice possible so no player is left unhappy, I never would be bias towards anyone even when a friend
is involved as a staff member I do not take into action of treating everyone the same no matter their status, rank or friendliness.
Communication
Being a good communicator is essential for a staff member, I am easily able to communicate to other staff members and players on Discord.
Motivation
I am a very motivated person and love to motivate others, if it is helping someone on forums I strive to do my best to help and resolve their inconvenience.
Honest
“Honest hearts produce honest actions” – Brigham Young, I absolutely love this quote as it shows the true meaning and outcome of being honest.
I despise of people who lie or curve the truth, If I do something wrong on your server I would immediately take responsibility and never lie to help my case.
