Shay I understand that you are the person in charge of support. I was on livechat the other day trying to get some answers and I sat for over 30 minutes because you were AFK on livechat. After a little bit longer one of your agents "Jayden Wallace" picked up the chat for you. I asked him a basic question regarding the CPU in the Shared Minecraft Hosting nodes and he said he did not know because he has never seen the CPU or server. That was understandable but the next question is what really made me laugh. I asked do you know what brand the CPU in the server is and he replied he had no clue. Considering the company is named "Low End Xeon" it is pretty self explanatory that it is an Intel CPU. So my advice to you is do not hire some random person who knows nothing about servers. Also I would recommend providing your support agents with the appropriate tools that they need to provide timely answers to these types of questions. However it is not my call on who you pick, but I just thought I would give you a heads up.

Here is the screencapture of the chat with you Shay just so you know I am not lying about it. Nice "Active" support you have. http://prntscr.com/a24l2i

Since you have a CEO and staff I can assume you are a legally registered company. Anyone in the Minecraft community who is over the age of 18 would know at least what the CPU brand would be, especially if it is in your "company" name. This leads me to believe that you have hired kids and are more than likely breaking child labor laws. So either this is not a company and as such there is no CEO, and instead this is a host run by children. Or this is a real company (please provide proof if so) and you have children hired, if that is the case can you explain how you have went about hiring these kids without breaking child labor laws.

Excuse me but do you know what child labor is Ian? We are not breaking any laws, also we where founded in late December, we are allowed to have 4 months trading until we have to register if we have done the 4 months of trading and still not registered then we are an illegal company (what we are not.). Child labor is a child/teen that is still in school (ages 5 - 16) that is working, we work online so basically we cant break the rules as they work from there computers, we do not have an office for them to work at and also we do not have a 'set' hourly time for them to work around, they are freely allowed to work whenever they wish. They applied at our company, we gave them the trial run, they passed it. OK we all make mistakes sometimes and he had done so, so lets put it this way.. Why are you making a big fuss about it? (Not to be rude) But if you think we are breaking laws, then apexminecrafthosting are too. They hire 13 year olds, we hire 15+ year olds. We are following all the UK government laws for your information since we are based in the UK. And we know we are not breaking any laws. And also, let me quickly point this out, we don't have Xeon processors in all of our servers. about 90% of the servers we do, the others we don't. If you would like to discuss this issue further please PM me and I shall give you the Founders skype (Liam Murray).

Regards.

Thanks for the response!

Let me clarify a few things for you, from what you said you do in fact hire children and do not understand child labor laws. Just because they do not go to an office and they work from their house does not mean you can get away with not following UK rules. There is no exclusion for online work, work is still work. As well, by hiring children you place your clients at risk, since children cannot be bound to signing an NDA they do not have to keep your clients information private.

If you would like to read up on it here, be my guest. As well you should note they cannot work past 7PM or during school hours......

Hey there, I'm a part timer at Low End Xeon. And from the link you sent, it clearly states that children above the age of 13 can work part-time. And currently for all I know we DO NOT have any staff members under the age of 13. So is it right to accuse us of child labor?

If the business is unregistered there is no such thing as a CEO. There can be an owner and employees but CEO, COO, CFO, and all of the other classifications along those lines are for registered businesses.

They also apply for non registered businesses too. There is no rule saying that a unregistered business can not use the CEO, COO etc rank base.
