I think that 5 warning points per rule broken is kinda stupid. Because someone could put a meaningless post, then why 5 warning points? Like make it 2-3

It varies per warning.

You got 5 points for "Disrespect, Harassment, Hate or Trolling" and 5 for "Creating Multiple Accounts"

Meaningless posts are only 1.

It's not 5 for meaningless posts. As far as I know, these are the warnings:

Sales Trashing, Meaningless content, Necroposting: 1 point
Impersonation, Disobeying staff: 3 points
Disrespect, Hate, Harassment or Trolling: 5 points

its stupid though. Because 5 points for hate? You could hate someone in a way which isn't hate, and get 5 points. I think it should be less then 5, at least 4. I know it isn't a lot lower, but at least you get more chances
