Hi there,


I am Leighton Thompson, the Managing Director at LT Hosting, and I am here to tell everyone about our job openings.

We are currently looking for staff members to work on a commission based pay that are experienced in sales and/or technical support. We are providing more that just Minecraft so knowledge in Linux, cPanel, TCAdmin and SSH is helpful. Please note, you can apply on this page but we will still require a resume and CV.

Requirements for all positions:

- Be at least 15 years old.

- Have extensive knowledge in at least 2 of our services.

- Be able to work in a group.

- Be able to speak fluent English.

Useful Attributes:

- Have knowledge in WHMCS.

- Have knowledge in cPanel, TCAdmin, SSH, Linux and Multicraft.


Open Positions


Sales

- Sales Operator | Handles live chat and tickets related to sales. (Ages 16+)

- Head of Sales | This person is in charge of the sales team and makes sure they are preforming correctly. (Ages 17+)


Support

- Tear 1 Technical Support Operator| Handles live chat and tickets relating to basic issues. (Ages 15+)

- Tear 2 Technical Support Operator | Handles live chat and tickets after being escalated to tear 2. Also does general support. (Ages 16+)

- Mod pack Specialist | Handles live chat and tickets after being escalated to a mod pack issue. Also does general support. (Ages 16+)

- Linux Specialist | Handles live chat and tickets related to dedicated servers and Linux. Also does general support and tear 2. (Ages 17+)

- Head of Support | This person is in charge of the support team and makes sure they are preforming correctly. They need extensive knowledge in most areas available at LT Hosting as you would be asked if no one else knows what the issue is. (Ages 17+)


Management

- Staff Relations Director | This person is in charge of making sure there are no issues in the staff teams. This person is also in charge of making accounts for new staff members when they first join. (Ages 18+)

- Client Relations Director | This person handles refunds, complaints and just about anything relating to client problems other than sales and support. (Ages 18+)

Mostly 13 year olds are immature.Its suggested that they have atleast 16 years but even that is a bit low for me atleast.

You cannot legally work at a business at 13 years old, you must be of legal age and I believe have a work permit otherwise as you woud if you were to work anywhere in a real life situation. The fact this company if this is a real company has even considered hiring a illegal aged child is wrong.

Well, to start off, you are right in some places. I will be registering in the UK so I will have to look into that law as I am only familiar with the NZ laws which allow hiring minors.
