I have a total amount of $20,000 to place on a project that is already up and has a playerbase.
Please keep in mind, that all posts on this thread need to stay relevant within either vouches or information to contact people that already run a project that suits my required needs that are set below.

Information that you should know during purchase;
Funds can be shown to serious sellers.
This purchase will be done through a legal registered company.
We're willing to sign a contract for handling all goods.
We're willing to pay by any preferred payment method.
We've worked with large networks in the past, your project will be assured to continue success after the transition period.

Requirements that we consider as priority;
Must have a player base that exceeds at least a minimum of 250 players consecutively.
Absolutely no bad history that relates to your projects name or brand.
Must have a profit margin of around ~$5k/mo substantially on its own.
Your project needs to be active and online.
You must have a forum that is online and setup with a theme. Same with the store.
Your project must have the source code to your plugins for future alterations.
Your project needs to be English based.

Vouch for Jaii, very professional individual to work with. However, I would personally lower the $ per month limit as making all of your money back in give or take 4 months seems a bit off in my opinion.

Tbh you’re better off buying a server with 30-50 players that meets all your requirements then spending the rest on streamers. Not only will it be cheaper doing this but your ROI will be returned faster.

I'm going to be locking this thread due to the negative comments that keep arising based around certain things.

I'm open to all offers with playerbases, the estimate profit margin was never carved in stone.
It's mostly there to remove the smaller offers and boot out the "setup" offers.
I'd also like to state that I am not looking for any managers, so please don't message me regarding that either.
