and FYI, chances are, if they can stay in the team for longer than two weeks without being fired, I would prefere them, over some immature guy, at a keyboard, just trashing threads for the fun of it.

and i would also like to point out two minutes by luca is approx $60, where as another animator with a similar quality (or a little better , depending on circumstance) will charge up to $2000 per a 2 min animation.
