Lucid dreaming is when you know you're dreaming and you can influence the course of what you are dreaming of. You can feel things, do things, and even see things you didn't know are possible.
Lucid dreaming is a way of making your sexual desire come true, having your dream super powers, the perfect world, and even overcome your real fears by going into a fake reality.
How do you Lucid Dream? You can look many tutorials up online, but here is how I did it.
1. I related to what I was going to do in my lucid dream or I thought about it before I went to sleep the first time.
Example: if you want to eat icecream, eat something cold in that same day.
If you want to fly, jump on your bed probably, it all just comes down to what you think will work.
2. In your first sleep you will sleep normally.
When you wake up, you have FIVE (5) seconds max to do what you want such as look at the time. For the best experience, don't do anything: just go right back to sleep without changing positions or opening your eyes.
3. In the second dream you should be lucid at some point, you then can control what you do such as if you want to skydive you can do that: if you wanna feel what it's like to be hit by a bus then that is even possible and you can feel it.
Q&A:
1. Is lucid dreaming dangerous? No, the most it can be is it being scary asf.
2. What's sleep paralysis about? Basically sleep paralysis is when your brain is awake but your muscles aren't. This will last a few minutes maximum but barely even happens, and it can't be permanent.
How do you make sleep paralysis go away? Try wiggling your toes or take advantage of ur paralysis and go back to sleep and you will be in a lucid dream no matter what.
3. Some people feel like there are people in their rooms what's that for? That's scary, I don't want to experience that, although what happens is your mind thinks someone is watching you just because you're in a dark space sleeping (don't turn on ur lights when sleeping it just distracts the mind when lucid dreaming)
4. How do I make sure I lucid dream?
You can't really know you will lucid dream, you can do the best you can though. In your second sleep before u do it, don't stretch, don't open ur eyes, move or anything it's just my personal tips.
5. How do I check im in a dream?
These are called reality checks, you can look at time, text, anything and then turn around and see if it changes or if it's blurry if it is, then you are in a dream and are probably lucid now.
I've also heard of holding ur nose and seeing if you can still breath; that might work lol.
Share your thoughts, try it out if you want.
Kind Regards,
Mango
