Hey! Iam Nuxoria. I have alot of experienece with Minecraft Servers, especially with Factions servers. I've played Factions servers a lot, I have alot knowledge on Configing servers (I'm also learning Java and Spigot API) and Iam a very motivated person, I don't ditch ideas or quit when times get hard, I enjoy doing what I love and that is working with servers and Minecraft in general. I have especially alot of knowledge on Factions, because I've played alot Factions and created Factions servers before.
I'm planning to create a quality Faction server, made with passion. There are truly alot of servers out there, with alot players and a big community and a nice quality, but that doesn't mean that it's impossible to stand out or create a quality server.
The idea is to create a Factions server with alot of different plugins and assests. I'm looking forward with my team to build a great server & staff community and of course be different from others. The server will have a Faction competing system, where Spawners are the main value.
Faction Top 3 are getting real money + BuyCraft payouts after specific time.
The main way to earn money is grinding (killing mobs and getting loot from them), but the main things such buying, selling, trading, coinflipping, ActionHouse etc. will exist aswell.
There will be alot of ways we will use to stand out from other servers (from quality wise to idea wise). One of the main goals will be to create a good community and making sure players enjoy their experience. Of course the server has a big plan / To-Do list, which will be provided to the Developers team in private chat.
I'm looking for motivated developers, who have passion and love doing their job. It is fully developers own choice how much do they want to work, but usually motivation and passion is the key for quality, so worki ng without motivation and not putting time in will not result to a quality. Of course sometimes the motivation will dissappear, but that's why we work as a team and support each other. I'm not looking for specific level of developers (by that I mean, that if you are not a professional, it doesn't make you unacceptable. I'm looking for every skill level of developers, so your skills or experience will not matter).
Being part of a team and project like that will give you alot of experience under your portfolio. Iam looking for developers with pure motivation, no paid service or in only because of the money (I understand working without no exact pay seems very odd, but the server has its own budget and also is looking for investors, when the server reaches the state where money starts coming in, the developers will of course be paid and treated for their amazing job). With that said I want to say, I'm not looking for developers who are only in for the money, but they will be obviously paid and treated, when the server starts earning.
NOTE: I do have alot of experience with servers and configing, but I'm also still learning like everybody else and I will take suggestions from Developers, if they have their own ideas or vision.
