LuckPerms Rankup Solution

I'm wondering if someone would be able to direct me to a fix for this problem. I'm currently using Luckperms and Craftingstore. I want players to be able to buy rank upgrades for a lower price on the store if they have the required rank. The problem is, I have no way of checking if they have the rank as most of them have been won through in game methods. Any help would be appreciated.

It's from your store,
In BuyCraft, you can check if the player has purchased the rank package in order to purchase an upgrade,
In short, a player must buy VIP in order to upgrade to VIP+

Yes, I know about the rank requirement that buycraft offers but I think that only works if they bought it from the store. On my server a lot of our players have won rank using in game methods and I have no way for it to check if they have it.

Nope, it doesn't work for gifted ranks
In this case, they've to buy the original package with it's normal price
else, you do it manually for them.

Yes, I know it doesn't work with that. I'm wondering if there is a plugin that could check to see if they have a certain permission first.
