Lucky Blocks Server Developer

Hey there! I recently remembered an old version of lucky blocks that a server had that shut it down because I guess it didnt make enough money? Anyways, I was wondering if there was anyone out there that would be capable of making a plugin work that could hook into lucky blocks to make an arena, scoreboard, and all of the lucky blocks work like the ones in this youtube video that a youtuber made about it a while back. My Budget (depending on how much work this would take) Would run between $75-$125. Please pm me on Here if you have what it takes to make this server run almost exactly as this one did:

We would need to know which lucky blocks plugin you wanted this to work with

EDIT: Not sure, at the very least that doesn't have the same texture for the block, maybe they used that and changed it, but I find it more likely they wrote their own lucky blocks for this.
