I started staffing on a small factions server back in 2013 where I was initially denied but accepted later on due to the need of staff members. I was a moderator and held my position only for a few weeks before the server shut down for unknown reasons. Fast forward to the end of 2014, I became a moderator on a modded server which is where I learned most of my skills. I staffed on there for around 3 months but then decided to resign due to the lack of players and the internal problems within the staff team. I've also staffed on a few small servers mainly for friends and such, which I don't really feel the need to go into detail about those. My last held staff position was Admin on an upcoming factions server; unfortunately, the owner wasn't exactly serious about it and the server never opened. I am quite familiar with all the basic staff commands such as /mute, /ban, /kick, etc. I also know quite a bit about plugins such as essentials, group manager, world guard, multiverse, and world edit; although I don't think I'll really need that knowledge as of right now.
Strengths:Very sociable, Always able to help others, Good at finding hackers, know when to joke around and when its time to be serious
Weaknesses: Like to joke around but not in a abuse way.... (I know when Its time to stop joking around)
For what reason(s) should you be accepted above anyone else applying for the same position: I'm good at moderating chat and very good at screensharing, if i'm doing something and a report comes in, i drop what im doing and go straight to record and pvp this hacker. I'm happy to spread my playtime on all of the gamemodes if needed, i'm active and calm and can keep my word, i'm trustworthy and my kick/warn reaction time is good. Swell as my past experience being staff on other servers gave me the acknowledgement of knowing how to deal with situations and swell as the commands to being a staff member.

I have experienced many servers in the past. Two that I am most proud of because of my work are called Herocrafters and Eclipse Prison.
Herocrafters: I was a moderator and promoted to an admin within a month, players enjoyed what I provided and how I provided it. Unfortunately, I had to leave the server because It was shutting down.
Eclipse Prison: I was a Guard for 4 months and then I was promoted to a moderator, 3 months after myself being promoted the owner of the server couldn't fund the server anymore and it was shut down by the host.
Strengths:
I am very familiar with spigot, bukkit and paper.
I am very fast at typing.
I am quick at spotting issues and resolving them.
I am fair on punishments.
I do not get angry easily.
I communicate well.
I do not abuse my powers.
I can work all day on weekends.

I am at school so I can only be on from 4pm to 10pm GMT time.

With my experiences before I can offer a lot of dedication and hard work to your server and community. I have run into problems many times and I know how to fix them when it comes to fixing them.
I use to own my own company on the spigot forums where I sold many servers to people that had what they wanted to be configured in it, so I am very good at configuring many files (If you would like to see the feedback from these people, please find and add my skype located below).
I am very familiarised with enjin and XenForo and what they can offer, every time a new update comes out for either of these companies. I check the update logs of where I can come into the update and what I can provide with the update.
I am able to offer my new banning policy to servers and community. This policy will provide fair advantages to new and existing players. My policies always work and they have never stopped players from joining the servers.
I will find players that live on the other side of the world to be staff so that the server is up and running with staff 24/7. This will help protect your server while the main staff are offline and are not able to protect your server.

I have been made staff on many servers, some of which have been tekkit servers. I have made my own server before but I feel like becoming a part of a community is a better suit for me. A lot of people probably tell you they have been staff on servers before which, I'm not going to accuse them of saying they haven't but I will demonstrate my understanding of many administrative plugins and tools. If you are not satisfied with my ability to administrate the server you can demote me, but I know I will not disappoint you ever.
I love playing Minecraft and I can provide knowledge across most subjects because I've been playing for around 2 years now. I also know a lot about plugins and permissions and how all of it works and I am willing to demonstrate that to you.
My hobby is working with all sorts of IT, and I really enjoy helping people with IT. Therefore, I would be able to frequently help with the server. I am also very capable of bringing forth a just judgement if the situation should occur.

I used to be a Helper on this factions server , It was a really great learning experience and the staff of the server are great, dedicated people. This means that i'm not new to the way the owner runs the server and I'm familiar with everything it takes to become a staff member. The reason i decided to resign the last time i was a staff member is because of the fact that a lot of my friends on the server stopped playing, the holidays came around and I didn't have as much time to play and didn't feel like I would be able to put as much effort into the server as I was doing before. But now I've found a new passion for the server which doesn't involve my friends, or any distractions. With it being as it is I feel I can make new friends, have even more fun and therefore be more dedicated to the job. I hope you would consider taking me back onto the team where I feel safe. I have managed a server before and I know how the servers works and all I have been Co Owner on this server until the owner was being immature and banned me and my friend which were staff members. We were also Head Admin on OP Network. Which got shut down after 2 months. I have much experience in moderating (the server and activities going on). I am knowledgeable of the commands used by a moderator and can solve player issues quite fast, either it be an argument, question or harassment. - I would chat moderate and be helpful to all newcomers and players ingame.
- Any players causing trouble spamming, being disrespectful etc. I would deal with using the commands i am given.

I have been admin and server managers on small servers before although the servers have only been small and not lasted that long due to owners giving up. These servers have had maximum player bases of around 35 at the maximum at any point. A lot of those servers you probably won't know so I'll just tell you about my experiences on bigger servers that you might know although in lower positions.
My first big server I was staff on was DynastyPvP owned by the likes of GraserMC and xBayani along with a few other YouTubers, I started of as a Helper like most other staff members, although I was a late addition to the staff team (mainly because I was in a faction owned by someone the owners disliked), but after just 11 days I got promoted to Helper+, that was the fastest promotion on the server, the next fastest someone got promoted was 1.5 months, this was because of my dedication to the server, being a good staff member and being able to prevent people breaking rules whilst still allowing all members to have fun. It may have also helped that I was one of the most known members on the server and people would spam to the Admin to promote me. Although the early promotion came at a hindrance since a since a girlfriend of the owner got jealous, I don't know why though. I kept just being myself and carrying on with my duties though, and after a while the owners left the server for another.
Since the admin was also the admin of the Archon when the server shut down he asked me to move over to the Archon to be staff, I was happily doing that for a while although I didn't like the way staff worked since it was all automatic, and since all users knew what they were doing I felt like I was wasting my time, so I decided to resign and just continue as a player.
About a month after I resigned a former owner of Dynasty said they were making a server, although it was the owner who's girlfriend at the time hated me and the rest of the dynasty staff for that matter and states that none of us would get staff on "Cove", but to cut a long story short I was the only staff member who got the position and after a month got recognised for my hard work and got promoted straight away from helper to Sr Mod, skipping out Mod, the server was going great and the players enjoyed me being staff and that's where I found some good friends. Unfortunately after quite a few server issues they decided to close down, and that was the end of my time being staff.
I have never really had bad times being staff except one server where I was being harassed by higher members of staff, although I kept my head down and did my job, after a while they were found out to be abusing their powers on other people too and ended up getting demoted.
Strengths:
I can control the player base as done with servers receiving over 200 players at a time and being the only staff online
I will always have some way you can contact me no matter what the circumstance
Good at spotting hackers and always have recording software open to catch them quickly
Good at calming people down so they don't get too abusive towards players
Notice rule breaking easily and deal with it quickly
Helping train new staff members so owners don't need to worry, I help people with autism at school in PE, so I'm used to helping even if someone is really struggling
Organised so I always have everything ready
Always show proof of banning/ temp-banning so you know I'm not abusing my powers
Never biased, if a friend is breaking the rules I'll be less lenient with them than someone I don't know
Weaknesses:
I will admit sometimes I'm a bit of a joker and will mess around sometimes although if someone is not happy with it I will stop
I am not always available at my computer due to other commitments as well as going to my fathers where I don't have a computer (although I'm getting a laptop soon so that will be okay)

I feel like my experience is more than most people applying with bigger servers, this will help and I noticed ways that they do things and how they grew their server so feel I could do the same for you and help you. I've dealt with all problems that players may have on a server and been extremely patient whether it be just helping someone craft an item or calming people down when they're thinking of committing suicide, through all these problems I'm sure if someone needs help I'll have an answer. I am honest in what I say and am often mature although I do like to have a laugh and a joke from time to time although with my work I keep it very professional. I'm addicted to my computer so will always be on, and I am learning to code at school and will be doing at college so may be able to help with any coding issues. The server would be a main priority.

I am currently a year 11 student getting A's in all but English and I'm getting A*'s in maths and computer science. Next year I will be one of 150 students going to UTC@MediaCity this is a media specialist college based in the heart of Media City surrounded by places like ITV and BBC studios, I'm extremely lucky to get in and will be studying interactive media and gaming, doing this course will allow me to help you improve your server.

I am honest in what I say and am often mature although I do like to have a laugh and a joke from time to time although with my work I keep it very professional. I'm addicted to my computer so will always be on, and I am learning to code at school and will be doing at college so may be able to help with any coding issues. The server would be a main priority.

I feel like you should know more about me, my real name is Saul and I'm from Manchester, England. I am currently a year 11 student getting A's in all but English and I'm getting A*'s in maths and computer science. Next year I will be one of 150 students going to UTC@MediaCity this is a media specialist college based in the heart of Media City surrounded by places like ITV and BBC studios, I'm extremely lucky to get in and will be studying interactive media and gaming, doing this course will allow me to help you improve your server.
