I'm not sure using premade non-exclusive plugins make your server unique. There is multiple other servers recruiting staff what makes your server a better choice to staff at and what are your goals for the server? There is a lot of detail and information lacking. If you want people to put effort in applying and into your server you should start off by doing the same and putting more effort in your thread to appeal people to checking it out.
