Why should you join us?
We pay our staff $5 a month starting and a $25 sign on bonus 2.5 weeks after being accepted. That can be increased through hard work and dedication. (You will receive pay depending on your staff rank)
I have always lived by the words that hard work will never go unnoticed and that is one thing Lunala can promise you. If we see that you are working hard and showing true passion for the server and helping grow it then we will raise your pay.
As a person with past experience on staff teams I know how annoying it can be to have an owner constantly asking you to do things and complete tasks as if you are just their assistant. That is not the case here. I tell all my staff members that if they ever feel overworked or pushed around please do not hesitate to reach out so that we can resolve the matter. This is not meant to be a job i want this to be something you look forward to doing each and every time you open up your PC.
We work as a TEAM. No one on the staff team from Owner - Helper is any more important than the other. Everyone has their responsibilities and without each person doing their job the server will not flourish. All staff will be treated the same regardless of Rank, Gender, Ethnicity, Religion, Age.
