Lunar Client API Addons

I would love to have a plugin that is similar to https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/lunarutils-1-7-1-8.84156/
Really all I want is for when someone has a permission node IE: lunarClientUtils.Staff then they will have access to the lunar client staff modules found inside of the lunar client api > https://github.com/LunarClient/Bukk...com/lunarclient/bukkitapi/LunarClientAPI.java

Before you reply to this saying that the staff modules are no longer a thing, I have already spoken with lunar client support and they confirmed they are still coded in they just no longer receive updates or support.
