Introduction

Lunar Services will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise regarding our services:
for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
These limitations of liability apply even if you (the client) has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
- Reasonableness
By using our services, you agree that limitations of liability set out in these terms of service are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use our services.
V. Refund Policy
Upon the purchase of goods or services from Lunar Services you agree to our refund/chargeback policy. Upon confirmation of your payment you agree not to chargeback. A refund can be filed under the following conditions;
1) Refunds are available when the initial concepts for a project are provided. You have the right to reject them and ask for the refund. However, once the concepts have been approved refunds will no longer be offered.
2) If you fail to communicate/respond or if you do not contact us within two months (60 days), no refund will be offered. Lunar Services will not be held responsible for your losses.
3) Upon receiving the final product and giving it your approval, refunds with no longer be offered.
4) Upon the request of any revisions (1 or more design changes regardless of the complexity) or modifications to any of the initial concepts refunds will no longer be offered.
5) Any other dispute/request of refund will be held at the discretion of the GSL Management administration team.
How to file a request for a refund:

2) Specify to the customer service agent why you would like to request a refund.
3) The customer service agent will work with you and our content creators to attempt to resolve the issue(s).

VI. Authorization
Upon the purchase of goods or services from Lunar Services, you are confirming that you are above the age of 13 and/or of legal age (18 years of age) and have authorization for the use of the debit card, credit card, and/or pay-pal account used in the purchase.
In the event of a minor you agree to the following;
1) you are under the authorization and guidance of a legal guardian or a person of legal age. *Legal age being at-least 18 years of age
2) You have explicit permission from the legal owner of the debit card, credit card and/or pay-pal account used in the purchase.
The act of using a credit/debit card and/or pay-pal without the owner’s explicit permission is defined as ‘Credit Card Fraud’ and is stated by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and can result in a maximum fine of $1,000 And up to one year in county jail.
As stated by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission regarding refunds, errors, disputes, and unauthorized charges if your credit card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission, you can be responsible for up to $50, although you are responsible for contacting your bank.

VII. Intellectual Property Agreement
Lunar Services shall retain all intellectual property rights of all content until the following conditions are met.
a. Payment is received in full, payment has gone through and has been approved.
b. The product is formally handed over to you.
c. Closure of the project on our end.
Upon confirmation of the conditions mentioned above you will receive the right to the content along with the following conditions. Any violation of these conditions in any way will result in the immediate forfeit of intellectual rights to the content to Lunar Services.(edited)

a. You shall not decompile, edit, or modify the source code of any plugin made by Lunar Services in any way other than in the form of a configuration file (file type yml).
b. You shall not re-distribute or re-sell any plugins made by Lunar Services in any way shape or form.
c. You shall not claim authorship nor claim and plugins made by Lunar Services.
Configuration Files:
a. Lunar Services shall not be held liable for any configuration file not working because of tampering, editing, or modification made by an outside source other than the staff team of Lunar Services.
b. You shall not re-distribute or re-sell any configuration files obtained through Lunar Services in any way shape or form.
Graphics:
a. You shall not claim ownership nor redistribute or sell graphics created by Lunar services.
b. If a graphic violates a copyright or trademark Lunar Services shall not be held responsible.

Lunar Services operates the TBD website, which provides the service.
If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy.

For a better experience while using our service as well as to confirm transactions, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, discord user and handle, and email. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
