I had high hopes for this team but unfortunately after the 2nd commission it became clear that I wasn't going to get the quality of service that I was paying for. I was quoted $60 for multi-level 50x50 dungeons which I was ok with as long as the quality was there and my instructions were followed.

The first dungeon was small in height but the detail was there so I was happy enough. For some reason they took the dungeon and encased it in stone which I had to ask them remove. After that there were lighting issues. open gaps in the floor and colored wool where there was supposed to be leaves hanging down. Some very obvious things that any builder should notice and fix before sending. You can see the size here:

The second dungeon at first was a big cavern like room and not a dungeon at all. I asked them to add dungeon tunnels and their first attempt was to just add some pillar like terrain in a couple of areas which still did not make it a dungeon. Then I had to push them to add a second floor and again add pathways. They finally finished but even though the style was ok it was still apparent that the entire build was mostly WorldEdit brushes. Also, the build was also encased huge blocks of stone and when asked to adjust to show tunnels was told it was really hard to do until I explained to them how to do it. Even after following some of my instructions it was returned back to me with a half-hearted attempt. You can see the WorldEdit brush cave here:

A bit later they asked for the remaining 50% without even getting my feedback so I just decided to call it quits because it was a waste of my time and energy. I gave them my final feedback and awhile later they started a chat argument which went on for a bit. They call me misleading then and claimed I called it a great build which I did not. When I asked them to show me the proof that I called it great I was then presented with a snippet of a chat where I said "nah this is good" after being asked if that I wanted the lighting darker. Shady.

I personally would not recommend this build team. The first build seemed to be going in the right direction but the 2nd showed that all Hoppy cared about was getting my money and with very minimal effort.

Really? taking it to mc-market now? ok lets start.

So I got ordered a 50x50 dungeon build by tyler. We discussed the theme/size and what not via skype. which we were happy about so I started the progress on lunar's server which he had access to for a week and a bit prior to this build, so he could come online to view it in game whenever he wished so stuff like this doesn't happen.

Throughout building this I would ask him to come online to see the progress so he could tell me what he liked/didn't like so he had all the chance in the world to view this and to tell me to change/add/remove but all I got from him was, "yeah this style looks good I like it". so I kept running with this style till the end, which tyler btw those pictures are horrible. it's pictures of the wall which im sure veryone wants to see the full build (just fyi).

Once the build was completed I asked him to come online for a peek but all he said was to make it darker which I did and he said "yeah this is good" and then left. which at that point I thought everything's done so I made the schematic up and sent it to him on skype. I didn't hear from him for another 30 minutes and forgot to mention about the other 50% which is a big nono for any commissioner because usually you'd ask for the 50% before you send the product but I forgot at this stage and so I gave him a friendly reminder, "oh yeah forgot to mention about the other 50% :p" which at this point I wasn't fussed because I trusted him. but 10minutes later (40minutes from when the schem was sent) he then messages me and complaining on how the build isn't worth this and what not. but I was really really really confused because he had all the chance in the world to tell me this before. he was whitelisted on lunar for a full week! and not only that all I got from him at the end was "yeah this is good" then he left. so I assumed the build was ready to go. So at the end of this it's just horrible communication and misleading the commissioner. It's a shame that people do this because there's a reason why you're whitelisted and there's a reason why we ask you to tell us what you want added/removed/changed because we're happy to do it. All you have to do it tell us whats wrong with it why don't you like it but instead.. "this is good" and leave..

Will do on both, because he show cased the other one horribly in fact both of them.[DOUBLEPOST=1490492245][/DOUBLEPOST]

First 2 pics are with brightness set to default, no shaders or anything. theme was Overgrown/Supposed to fit in with frogs. (this build had an upper layer and bottom layer. the top pic is the upper with caves/tunnels and the lower layer is the second pic with caves/tunnels)

This build was the first dungeon that was ordered, was supposed to fit in with rats/sewers. (this build had no problems)

I think those builds have plenty of detail for the size. If he did something like 150x150 builds he might of saw the quality he was looking for.

Yeah again, if he wanted something changed he could've told me and I would've happily of done it but instead he's just carrying on. And it's hard to communicate with people like that because they're set in their own ways..
