Hey! We're looking for some managers over at LushMC, a released Lifesteal server that is seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team. We're looking for unique managers with a wide range of past experience to help us build and grow our server. If you're interested in joining our team, we have four different managerial sections to choose from:
Creative Manager: As the head of the creative team, you'll provide suggestions, create custom plugin docs, and come up with ideas in regard to the general server. You'll also come up with rank names, color schemes, server themes, and more. If you have a creative mind and a love for Minecraft, this could be the perfect role for you.
Business/Marketing Manager: Working with the marketing/business owner, you'll be responsible for player growth, discord growth, player engagement, and social media management. You'll create financial sheets, presentations, and bring the team together for a listening. If you have experience in marketing or business and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the role for you.
Community Manager: Under the community owner, you'll create announcements, rules/guidelines, ticket management, support teams, giveaways, in-game events, and any sort of competitions. If you're passionate about building a community and fostering a positive environment for players, this could be the perfect role for you.
Staff Manager: You'll be responsible for training new staff members, conducting promotions and demotions, hiring trusted and hard-working staff members, conducting interviews, and leading meetings. If you have experience leading teams and want to help build a team of dedicated and passionate staff members, this could be the role for you.
