Introduction
Hello, my name is LustWrld, but you can call me Jacob. I am of 15 years of age. My experience of management started back in around 2015 when Minecraft and computer gaming was at a peak. At the time, I was extremely interested in video games, specifically Minecraft, as I am currently. I started getting into management due to my organization skills, helpful personality, and more. As the years have been blowing by, I have picked up more and more qualities and experience. Due to all this experience through the years, I can confidently say I am an outstanding leader with experience, motivation, enthusiasm, and more.
I would positively say some noteworthy characteristics of myself are:

Along with my experience and skill in management, I have also found an interest in playing a gamemode called Factions. If you haven’t heard of Factions, it is a gamemode which requires a “faction” to build a base and earn money. The faction with the most in-game money at the end of each season wins a prize. I have brought this up because Factions is a gamemode which requires a lot of trust in one another, and requires lots of team building and leadership skills. I have been playing factions for around 3-4 years, and through the time I have developed even more countless characteristics. These experiences and characteristics have carried over to my skill in management.
Some characteristics I have learned and exceeded in due to Factions are:

- Investigating situations
- Settling issues/disagreements
Leadership skills; leading players and friends - Multitasking to an extreme
One of the notable Factions I’ve been in was called WeeWoo. Silly name, I know. We had a 50+ man roster with ages from 11-18 years old. I was a leader in this faction, which left me with many responsibilities. I learned many things from this experience, and overall it helped me a lot.
The owner of that faction, AKA Mossik has left a comment on my work as a leader.

IRL Experiences
IRL, I have lots of management experience. From clubs to teams, I have managed actually people IRL.
-Boy Scouts - I have been a leader of multiple dens and different groups. I needed to manage kids, and teach them
-Sports - I have recruited and trained younger kids for Soccer. I have also refereed which requires a lot of managing.
-Camp - At camp, I also have to manage and work with many, many kids.
All of these above have provided me more and more experience and provide more characteristics to me as a whole, which make me the manager I am today.
