Hello!

I am owner and founder of LuxBuilds, a new build team! We currently have 2 builders and 1 terraformer, but we are looking for more builders!

About LuxBuilds
We are a very organized build team that can still have some fun. We have fun events, minigames on the server, and a great atmosphere! We do premades and commissions! We also feature a ranking system, which is explained below!

Spoiler: Ranks

Spoiler: Junior Builder

Junior Builder is the first rank in our build team! On commissions, you receive 85% and on premades you make 90%. To upgrade, you must complete 3 commissions, colab with someone on 1 commission, and sell 2 premades. You also must be in the team for a month.

Spoiler: Builder

Builder is the second rank in our build team. We see now that you are ready to be fully brought in! We give you some more perms on the server as well! You receive 90% on commissions and on premades you will receive 95%! To rank up you would have need to have done 10 commissions, 3 commissions with other people, and 5 premades. You also must have been in the team for 3 months!

Spoiler: Senior Builder

Senior Builders are the top of our team. They are the best and most trusted builders. They receive 95% on commissions and 97% on premades. They have a ton of permissions on the server and they are meant to be role models. There is one rank higher than this, which is manager. There will only be 2 of those, which will be chosen by me.

Why you want to join: I want to interact with other skilled builders and join a build team. Make some extra cash and become more expierenced.
Why we should let you join: I am on Skype alot, usually up to 5 hours a day on weekdays (until schools over then 10 hours+ ). I think i am a good builder got vouches from many people that ive worked for in the past. I have been in 1 other build team (Ashlar).
