Luxe Designs need's Designers and alot more!

Hey everyone,

We here at luxedesign's is striving for staff. We are a fairly new company and need's staff. We need designers, configurator's, Builders, Youtuber's etc.

Pay?

The pay is simple! designer's get 95% of their earnings, configurators 90%, Builders 97% of pay from client.

So This then mean's The company get's 5% of clients pay from designers. 10% Off configurator's and 3% off builders. So for example Client pay's £100 for a configurator I keep £10 the rest is yours! My Cut is fairly low compared to other company's Tbh

Hey Tristan, The money goes towards the buisness. We work it out if the business get's a sale I keep 1 half of the percentage. For example 10% -> 5% The business and Myself does get some money yes. I'm not doing the process for free. The money that goes towards the business will be for all sorts of things.

First of all, it's Tristen.
It is good that the business gets the money. It could be used to further enhance the company. But, I don't see why you should keep any of the funds instead of putting it in the company's bank. If you are treating this as a company and you got a job for someone, the job should be under the company's name, not you.
