Staff Management:As a Manager of your team or company, these are the skills I offer.
Staff Management includes, Applications, Weekly Staff Meetings, Staff Testing, and reviewing your Staff's accomplishments over the course of their role. I will manage your team, to make sure your staff members have the skills, knowledge, and experience, to ensure your company is run by the best staff members available.
Social Media Management:
I will run your team or company's Social Media Pages. Posting announcements, creating polls, hosting events, and making sure your followers are interested in your product, are just some of the social media skills offered.
Forum/Website Management:
Management Outside of the company, such as Forums, and Website, are great ways to get your customers involved in polls, giveaways, and events. As a Forum/Website Manager, I assure your customers will not be bored of roaming around the webpage. I will post surveys and polls to make sure your customers like where your company is heading. I will also write detailed threads/forum posts for updates, staffing, and more. I will create formats for applications, and many other events, as well.
Sales Store Management:
If your company sells through an online store, or deals with ads, I will manage all aspects of the sales for you, so you can sit back, and collect.
Customer Management:
For Companies, I offer Customer Management, where I receive requests from customers, and deliver them to your team. I reply to threads on forums, such as MCM, to try and assure your service, has orders for all of your team to fill.
Discord Setups:
If your company has a large customer base, or even small, a Discord Server would be an ideal communication device, for your customers to contact staff, or just have a fun time. I set up the Discord Server with Ranks, Chat Rooms, Categories, Bots, and every other aspect your business needs, to take orders, or run a player base.
If I do not offer a skill that is requested, message me. I may be able to complete the task, or even learn the skill for you.
What am I looking for?
I am looking for multiple Minecraft Based Companies here on MCM to manage, and work for. I have very good time management skills, to prioritize my time throughout all of the servers and companies I am employed with. I am looking for a place to grow your company, where I can also grow as a person, and gain skills, to improve my overall management.
