The name is sorts misleading if you look for the definition of resolve "settle or find a solution to (a problem, dispute, or contentious matter). If the problem results in not getting your money back, all they can do it ban the person. It doesn't help the person who got scammed since the damage has been done and really doesn't find the solution to get their money back

Who knows? We may have a new tag name soon, technically it's the same main purpose - Handling scam reports, and making sure none of the banned users are entering back on this site.

I don't really mind on the tag, rather on the purpose of the job and how I shall perform in the future.
