I paid someone to do work on my dedicated machine. He enabled "sandbox" 3 days ago and that has disabled my login through putty and FTP. I paid him to do this work.

I can not access my files or console through putty. He keeps telling me "reset your ssh maybe ill help you in a month because of irl stuff" So I need help to fix this please anyone.

You should look for assistance in the Systems Administrators category. They are more equipped to help you with this sort of thing than most configurators.
