Not trying to trash, but working full time for roughly minimum wage is kind of ridiculous especially in the development field.

But there are a few benefits to making $800-$1200 USD a month. This will seem ideal for someone between the ages of 16 and 18. Most 16yo's his/her age mostly have to work at fast food places and grocery stores, which will most likely not go towards their career.. While he/her gets to practice and gain experience while doing it in the game they play almost every day.

I agree that it's a great way to get experience for new developers, but let's get one thing straight. Development and fast food are two completely different things. Unlike fast food it takes a lot of knowledge and skills to become a developer, therefore they are paid a premium salary. Regardless, anyone under the age of 18 can not sign an NDA so your target audience has to be over the age of 18.

I mean if you want to get technical, the parents can't sign it for them but they can give consent with a cosignature. I'm guessing many teens here will not get consent on such an agreement. Even if they manage to get consent, the contract may still not be legally binding.

According to www.everynda.com
"Another option is to have a parent co-sign.

Many times, this means very little as the parents are not actually a party to the contract and therefore have to capacity to sign.

However, if the agreement and its terms are in the best interests of the minor, such as protecting the confidentiality of a patent for a gadget they’ve invented, then a parent or legal guardian may co-sign and some jurisdictions will find the contract to be binding.

The key here is that the non-disclosure agreement truly must be in the best interests of the minor, with no other way to protect their interests."

This server tried hiring on Spigot, and got the same result (with replies). Was going to apply but the hours are to high for the pay. Sucks because I had the traits required. (+ not willing to sign an NDA).
