Mafian Craft

Mafian Craft is currently a skyblock server working around player opinions. Our current dedicated team have been working around the clock to better the server. We rely on player feedback, opinions and reports to better the server in itself. We recently have decided to look for staff. Below you can find the roles and requirements for said roles.

Available roles:

Helper: Helpers are considered the servers chat mods. The helpers are always out and about talking to players, answering questions and handling "traffic". They are part of our server moderation team and reside under Administration and management team. You must serve as a helper for at least 2 weeks before promotion becomes available

Mentor: Mentors hold a special place in our team. They help less experienced staff members with concerns, tips, tricks and training to help them become better members. Mentors are chosen very rarely, our max mentor team will be 3. (0/3) Mentors serve their terms as a mentor, after speaking to management they will have the chance to become stream-line staff

Devs/Builders: We're looking to grow our developer and builder team a little bit. They are not paid in monetary value at this current time, however they receive extra perks and bonuses. They will receive a % of server donations when they start flowing in Yes, these are voluntary. However we still urge you to apply if you're looking for a spot to settle and better your skills.

Requirements:

   • You are to be 13 years of age
   • You must have a working microphone and/or headset
   • You must dedicate 22 hours per week split between the server/discord
   • You must have a valid screen capture software and screenshot software
   • You must be willing to go out of your comfort zone
   • You acknowledge the fact promotions are earned, not handed out.
   • You must be mature, professional and fluent in english

Extra Information:

We are working around the clock to better the server and staff team. We have recently began to phase out of our maintenance break and slowly start pushing re-opening our doors to players. Our open beta will resume from there until the server is 100% done. We will be accepted staff throughout the entire beta phase, so apply. However only the best will be accepted onto the team.
