Magical Plugin

Hey there everyone,

I am in need of a Developer who can code me a "plugin" that can do some
magical stuff and others... You need the followings to be trusted:

- Knows how to make shops with GUI
- Knows how to make a leveling system with shop like Mega Walls from Hypixel.
- How to add magic with special moves.
- Use mana as exp bar when right click to do special move.
- You could pick 1 class at a time
- Make the items undroppable
- 5 classes.
- Has to not interfere with any plugins. *GroupManager
- Highly skilled Developer.


My budget is 50$

$50 won't get you much, you'd be looking in the hundreds for a complex system.
