What I need:
I need it so that I can limit spells to have a certain amount of memory points so that players for example can only have a max of 5 spells with 10 memory each given a max of 50 memory is given to each player

Im thinking to just get this for free and give a vouch but I understand developers need to make some money, so my budget is $5. Sorry its not much
This really should be a simpler plugin given the source code and the details of what I need specified there.
