Any of the times I've tried it took about 6-7 days to get a response, and then they asked for further documentation, and then I had to wait another 3-5 to get a final decision on their end.
Not sure but i got a response in a day or two. I had all the og info so they helped me get it back. Try saying you accidentally used fake dob but you remember everything else
