[Major] Factions Fly Plugin Help/Setup

Hello--

I've tried various FactionsFly plugins, but none work. I've tried every permission listed throughout the plugin descriptions, etc. but absolutely none of them work, and when I try deleting a certain FactionsFly plugin, it re-installs itself and never deletes.

May someone link me to a {WORKING} FactionsFly that is compatible with FactionsUUID download, or SpigotMC preview page?

Server releasing tomorrow/today and I need this fixed.
