MAJOR PAYPAL ISSUE (Please help :()

So I recently tried to buy a MVP+ hypixel account on here. But when I tried to send the money ( I had the funds in my bank) this message came up

has anyone else had this problem, anyone have some advice

You have to wait 24-48 hours. Every time you try to send the payment, the timer resets. So just leave it be for 24 hours at least, then try again.

Just call PayPal support. Whenever I get that message I call them and they usually either tell me why or make me able to buy it.
