No, 2Captcha and similar services are proof CAPTCHA doesn't work when you're botting anymore. Sure, 3 posts is easy to get around too, but CAPTCHA solving w/ botting is practically effortless. Also wrong section, you're looking for https://www.mc-market.org/suggestions/.
Also it doesn't matter all that much (3 posts is easy to get). It currently prevents the nasty XenForo spam bots, for the most part.
