Make a rule against accusing without proof

I'm making this suggestion because of something that happened to me, I'll describe briefly.

A user (not naming), accused me of ban evading and scamming him without any proof whatsoever in a PM, and is likely spreading this information.

Another thing I should note. If the user who I'm directing this at happens to read this (He knows who he is), you should think before you type before you regret it.

I think this should be disallowed, if a separate rule isn't made it should at least be classified as harassment/defamation.

The user was not punished at all to my knowledge for doing this.

Here are a few quotes that the user said, so you can understand why this should be disallowed:

Me:

{name protected}, {name protected} told me that you got scammed by an impersonator of me. Just wanted to let you know that my one and only skype is zzwerling. I have never owned the account 'Church'. The only OG's I have owned:
Complex
Belt
Umm
A few semis

User:

Never been scammed by you at all, I have more vouches, I'd never go first

User:

I believe you impersonated me on that hf guy.

User:

Actually, you are a scammer, you have scammed Easy and a couple of others on your old mcm account, nighterblde.

Me:

I have invited staff members, I do not appreciate being falsely accused of something without ANY proof whatsoever.

User:

cool, idrc i believe you are, it's not as if I'm going in shoutbox screaming I THINK COMPLEX SCAMMED SOME KID AND IS NIGHTERBLDE right

Staff proceeded to take no action. I don't want to say I'm disappointed in them, but this was clear harassment by the looks of it.

I'm sorry, I don't really know Asa (so please don't take this offensively for it wasn't meant to be that way), but I have seen Complex around, and he seems like a pretty nice guy. Also, you were planning on scamming him, which kind of makes you just as bad as Complex (not that it is bad, for you didn't actually do it). I say just drop it, and we can all be friends again! I'm sure this isn't going to work, but it was worth a try...

Oh, thanks. Again, sorry, I am basically blind it seems. Thanks again! Well, I don't know who to side with here. I mean, I agree with the rule that this thread is for. I don't think people should be able to accuse one another without proof, but as of this issue between you and him... I don't really know what to do. I think I might step out of this one. Good luck to both of you though! And I hope this rule does get passed.

I agree, you two can talk about this issue in a private chat, but let's keep the thread for it's main purpose: Creating the rule that players can't accuse one another without proof.

This was done off-site and had no mention of MCM. I admit to attempting to ddos Easy, but once again that was only to avenge Find. It was completely wrong and I'm not going to try to justify it. Let's not forget that you knew about this for about 2 weeks now, and you're only revealing this because of your personal vendetta against me. You still conspired to scam him and Zap admitted to scamming him.

The user I was planning on scamming was banned at the time and scammed one of my friend's only accounts. I never went through with it. I would never scam/conspire to scam someone who didn't deserve it.

Also: I know baum will mention this so I'm going to say it now. This was BEFORE the incident with boxxy. Asa for some reason hates me really bad, so he decided to bring it up now.

asa, if there's one thing I know about you, it's that you love to make false claims and exaggerate the facts. It doesn't phase me.

Saying I will scam a user doesn't mean that I scammed him.

This was just pathetic Asa. While you could argue that I was the whole ringleader in this Easy incident, you were involved. You love to argue and point fingers without proof, this whole incident has me laughing. As soon as this is locked, I ask that you never speak to me again. If you disobey, I'll simply click the ignore button.

Just for future reference, this is covered in the rules as harassment and any user is welcome to report false accusations of scamming.
