Basically, you know when you cannot connect to the site, like on discord if you cannot connect, it shows "Server Status" make some similar to that.

I think they post updates on their Twitter but this seems like a good idea if its not already implemented.

Yea I know, but I'm saying when you don't connect to the website it shows show status and you click it.
It seems like a waste of time on their end. Why would they do it when you, yourself can just type out a URL.

Or just bookmark the link, simple enough.

would be nice to have that status shown on the loading screen, but personally i don't think it's needed

I would like to get a status button (or at least link) put somewhere on our downtime/error page so that users can easily check if something is happening. Maybe a twitter button to check if we've announced any sort of issue would also be useful, just as Discord has.
