Make Banned Members Name Available Again

hi, this may be a weird suggestion but there may be some names you may want from a banned member, and if they were released it can help others get names which sound more professinal.

We would add a section in name history that the name was gotten from a banned member, and be able to click on that member's profile but it would say ("NAME HERE", original owner), so we can still look up the person who used to own the name to make sure your not dealing with scammers.

I could see some confusion if a member for say makes their name 0bviously he would immediately be hated on. Also, people would be reported for alting left and right for this. Anyway.

Only members that have been banned for Alting.

Does anyone here think there will be a point in the foreseeable future where people realize "oh, while im typing in this title, there's titles of other threads appearing. Perhaps this has been suggested before?".
Personally, I give it one chance in a frozen hell.

See, I think this is a really good suggestion, I have wanted names that are already taken however sadly there's so many problems this will cause.
