In itself, it's not that bad of an idea, but it must be possible for people to have gifs disabled so their eyes don't hurt from spammy gifs.

Spammy gif = warning points. Simple as that

It would be an amazing feature for those that would use it properly. But there are those that wont, and will just abuse it, and MCM would turn into a forum you cant spend longer than 10 minutes on, before your eyes start to hurt.

Not really. Some gif's are decent like small animations of your MC character ect. I don't think that the forums will be full of those annoying gif's

Anyone with a gif as a profile set it while it was active for a while. However, the feature has been disabled now and only a few kept their profile pictures the same

I believe n0tzach and Zap are the only ones with gif profiles now.

This was added before and so many people used flashy gifs that it had to be turned off to prevent it from hurting people's eyes.. so no thanks people on here aren't mature enough for this feature yet.
