Make it impossible to add No refunds no matter what to your T.O.S

Like yeah I have this in my t.o.s but if i see reasonable cause i give them a refund but some members are abusing this and using it to scam people for there services.
it’s bullshit and needs to be removed. if not removed then change it like “Refunds only allowed with reasonable cause”

I believe this has been suggested a few times before, and the main concern was the fact that it wouldn't be worth the time or effort for us to moderate users' Terms of Service.

Such terms are simply not enforced within scam reports when a user has failed to provide their end of the deal/arrangement, and I believe this is enough.

I agree that those kind of TOS make no sense, the solution is simple though, don't deal with people with unreasonable TOS. If you do that, its just a matter of time before they stop using unreasonable TOS.

Just like in the real world with contracts and terms of services, peoples terms of service on-site must be reasonable. We will not always enforce your terms of service, and in most cases "no refunds in any circumstances" isn't reasonable.
