The colour for Developer and Administrator is identical so it doesn't really make sense to include it in there I don't think. Jayson is basically an administrator so it's not worth cluttering it with adding Developer to that.

Resource moderator is also the exact same colour as scam resolver and since there's only one it doesn't make sense to add that to the legend either I don't think.
