New staff members are incompetent and not experienced along with their non-profession. That's where I would start.

Even though the backlog of scam reports is almost gone, the rep system has been sort of fixed, and everything is balanced?

I am not going to lie, their additions to forum have shown some effect with reports but that doesn't mean it's solved.

And yes the rules should have been changed as well. No bad blood on them I love that they are trying (if they are), but it's just too obvious that they are not experienced.

Well I mean they are community members, with low pays if you want high quality staffers they need to pay a lot.

Or need to get the more experienced or more familiar community members. Doubt they are paid?

I have no hate towards this staff member, I have blurred the name and not trying to start any beef. But this was sent to me and I just can't ignore it and not post it.
In-short, community member has posted a troll link in the chat-box. In the end the staff member has issued him a 5 warning points.
The response from staff member is hilarious, I can't believe this actually happened..

Hahhah that's what I was talking about.

They can't get experience if they don't have the change to start somewhere. I know people like Luxus and utaninja do have staffing experience, however.

In seriousness, I'm not sure what the actual link was so I can't comment on what it did/looked like but if the explanation given by the staff member in the picture is true, the 2 rules that would be broken is:
1.10.1 Do not false advertise, post screamers, promote clickbait, or rickroll.
1.6 Do not disrespect, harass, hate on, or troll another member or person.
Both of which give the same amount of points. In fact, he was warned in the past for breaking 1.10 so I don't really see what the staff member in question did wrong. There was nothing incompetent about it, link broke rule, the user got warned, the user got annoyed. Pretty common.
So just saying that new staff members are bad and that holds back the MCM team and say let's make everything great again by removing them. I don't get it.
I'm still unsure if this is a meme thread or an actual thread so I gave a meme and an actual response to the points that I wanted to reply to.
