So basically my good friend leontss1's account was hacked, so we planned to troll the hacker.. Which didn't go so well... So Basically I recorded it all etc.
From what it looks like, these hackers have been in many peoples accounts.. (including leontss1's business account) Anyways, I feel like you guys need to fix some stuff... A lot of stuff..

The staff does their best to keep users safe and properly enforce the rules. Reports are constantly being handled by the moderators, scam reports constantly being taken care of to stop future scams, shoutbox is monitored to the best ability, and resources are monitored to prevent stolen material being sold.

There's not much to be done in this situation. Talk to Mick about it and your friend's MCM should be able to be unbanned and returned to him if it indeed was compromised.

Usually when people's accounts get hacked, it's because people use stupid security, like reused passwords. This site already has the option to turn on 2FA, which makes it next to impossible to hack an account unless you've hacked their email or phone as well. That people aren't using that is their own fault.

Well in the video, he says he does it for money, and "fun". Apparently some girl says he's a pussy also.

There's not much the staff can do. They can't stop people from joining the website. If they do something like this, they get banned. We can't just assume someone is bad and not allow them the chance to join this community.

Aint nobody got time for that, but since its apparently relevant, I just scanned it. Got as far as the "She gave you your friend's password". Basically meaning that someone's password has been leaked. Due to the level of security Xenforo has, I doubt this was on the side of MCM. It was on the side of the user. Watching more to see the actual reasons.
