Pretty much, name colors don't qualify for the "generous" badge, this should be changed lmao.
You should be able to get the generous badge for gifting name colors, since you're still GIFTING something no matter how much it cost

Maybe it's not considered enough to be called 'generous'?

But you're still been generous by gifting people things. :/ Doesn't matter what amount

So if I gave someone a single cent over paypal I'd still be generous?
That'd kill the relevance of the generous badge.
There has to be a line somewhere, and they've chosen to draw it at $10
Though I do agree with this on one point: If you gift someone the light-blue name color (the fundraiser one), you SHOULD get the generous badge, because you're not just being generous to them, but to the charity as well.

I don't see something in the shop of MC-Market with an amount of a single cent. I think every thing you gift is worth a generous badge. But I agree as well with Ivain though.

argument 1: gifting someone any amount of money or an item worth any amount is generous, and should therefore should get the generous badge
argument 2: if gifting someone $0.01 is generous (according to A1), it should receive the generous badge (according to A1). If it was only $0.01 to get the G-Badge, it'd be meaningless for anyone would get it for a pittance.
possible counter: but it's not $0.01, it's $5
Counter counter: it's currently set at $10. You want the amount needed to become $5, but the only argument is that any amount is generous. Therefore $2.50 is as well, therefore $1.25 is as well, etc etc.

Ivain summed this up pretty well, we offer generous to people who have gifted Supreme or Premium account upgrades, denied.
Thanks for the suggestion, denied.
