Make other social profiles clickable links

I've noticed the only one that is actually clickable is the Twitter link. I'm lazy and would prefer to just click on the link to be taken to the user's profile.

Yeah and it sucks that some of them have icons and will actually get put to the left of your posts (Xbox, Steam, Twitch, Twitter) but not others (Discord..) :(

Yeah, it isn't really that necessary and it would require something fancy to be made/edited which really isn't worth it in my opinion when there's so many more important things for us to make.
