In my opinion, 3 is a bit high. Like why should it be 3? Its kinda hard for people starting off to find something to post if they can't respond and all they want to do is buy.
It's pretty easy to get 3 posts, just making an introduction thread or joining in a discussion will get you them pretty easily.
