Make the mcmarket teamspeak useable by all members.

Hello,
I believe that we should make mcm's teamspeak open and available to the general public. As of right now, the teamspeak is barely used by premium members and I think it would experience more use, if it were open to everyone. Instead of making the mcm ts exclusively for premium, I think that premium members should have a "premium rank" on the teamspeak. Here are some of my ideas of what the premium rank could contain:

1. Access to create 1 permanent sub channel.
2. Access to a wide array of premium only rooms.
3. Access to poke staff in the teamspeak.
4. Access to move other people into your channel. (Yes I know this could lead to abuse, it's just an idea)
5. Access to premium ts meetings where staff tell members about new changes?
6. Access to speak in lounge.

These are all just ideas.

No, reasons behind this are security and abuse.

2. Access to a wide array of premium only rooms.
The TS is already Premium only.

3. Access to poke staff in the teamspeak.
TS is not a way to contact us related to forum questions/inquiries. Use the forum PM system for that.

We are getting weekly threads. I'm not sure why Premium only should know what's changing on the forum. Everyone deserves to know this.

Alot of people just hang inside the lounge as soon as they connect. I might just make a general channel where all TS members can join and just chat.

I like that idea. And regards to some of your comments.

1. I am 90% sure that their is a way to make it so Premium members can create sub-channels on only one main channel, limiting the amount would be the hard part.

2. I was saying if the teamspeak became public then you could make a large array of premium channels, not that their wasn't already premium channels.

3. I am being quite honest with you, and hopefully you won't take this the wrong way, my
experience hasn't always been the best with the support system. I don't know if it is just because I am considered a massive troll on the forums or some shit like that, but honestly if you just made a couple "support" rooms for everyone with clear guidelines then you could cut the wait time on support from hours/days to minutes if a staff member is online.

6. Just a suggestion, it's a common perk for donators on many mc server teamspeaks.

Maximum of 24 hour unless theres an issue, usually a lot less. You can get help from other members in the Questions sub-forum. We don't offer 24/7 support, we're not a hosting company.

And abuse, the Teamspeak is a great feature for Premium users.

The TS wasn't made for support. It was made to provide a platform for you members to communicate on besides the forum. The staff generally chills on there so we don't really like to be bothered when we're chilling :)

Also, the TS is quite dead since we haven't done any advertising for it.
