Make Upthread Cooldown Shorter

What's your reason behind wanting it to be 12 hours. Saying you just think it would be better isnt enough.
I think the forum would be better if it had a rainbow name colour for $20. Me just thinking that isnt enough for it to be added though. Since there are plently of reasons why it shouldn't be added.
I dont think it should be 12 hours.
1. Its a supreme perk to up a thread every 18 hours. So if this was added, it would have to be 8 hours for supreme or something like that, or people who bought supreme wouldnt be happy to have a perk taken from them.
2. Upped threads would drown out all the newly posted threads quicker. Therefore they would get less attention.
3. Its pointless. Say if your thread is at the top of the page. By the end of the day, enough other threads have been upped to put it at the bottom. You then up it so its back at the top. If it was 12 hours, people would be able to bump their thread twice as many times in the same space of time. Making it so your thread is at the bottom of the page in only 12 hours. It would just be a faster rotation of threads, no real benifit from that. They would all get roughly the same attention. They only people that would suffer from it are those that arent online enough to have to bump it every 12 hours.
But if you feel there are advantages of adding it, feel free to post those.

Supreme rank has an 18 hour cooldown. It means I get to up my thread once per day, but dont need to wait until the exact time I did it last time.
24h still means once per day, but you need to be more exact about it.
Increasing this amount is not going to do particularly much. All it would do is shorten the time that your thread is on the first page, since others would also get a shorter cooldown, and be bumping more often.

I think the reason for it getting denied would more likely be that no one has said a positive reason to add it.
Maybe 22 hour wait for Premium? Supreme still being better and a slight boost for premium. If you're going to hit that disagree button please say why.
