Make "Vouch!" into a Rating.

We should really add a Vouch rating as this would help by increasing the person being vouched's reputation and would help get rid of clutter for threads.

This would also help a lot honestly with people looking for well-vouched shops or business threads without having to search through pages for Vouches.

I don't see many downsides to this and this seems like a generally good idea. So I hope it gets accepted.

Ratings are easily abused, and everyone was using the vouch rating to determine a member's reputation on this site, which is flawed so badly.
It will not be added back.
