Hey guys,

So here's the deal. I've already got all of the sexy equipment that your average badass motherfucker person would need.
- Custom comp. build
- Microphone
- shit ton of monitors
- comfy af chair

Now, I want to start a YT channel.... what's the best theme / what should I base the channel around?

Keep this in mind: I'm absolute shit at gaming. (I haven't even played minecraft in a year)... But i'm totally willing to play MC, maybe some other simple web based game like agar.

THanks bbs

1. Target a Community (Badlion, Mineplex, etc.)
2. Don't do any giveaways till you reach 500 Subs (Dont ask for subs)
3. Post Daily
4. Looks Professional
5. Post your Videos on Forums, Sub-Reddits, etc.
6. Don't Bot Your Subscribers/Views

Everything else, got that shit. Now, "1. Target a Community"...

You think i should me making vids on one specific MC server then?

do it on one specific mc server until u get enough subs then move on to 1 different server and move to another and another until you have around 200 then you can record anywhere because you'll guranteed get views. remember dont be toxic when you're in that community or they'll hate you and wont like what you record
aight

Since you said you aren't a good gamer (meaning like sweaty tryhard gods) you should probably focus on comedy. I would say do something like lolitsalex (yes, he can be considered annoying, I agree, but he's also successful). So either focus on funny moments or talk about topics or experiences you've had that are fun. If you don't think Minecraft gameplay is the best for that (which I personally don't think it is) you can try free Steam games like Brawlhalla, which is a Smash Bros knock-off.

If you haven't gotten one yet, some good recording softwares are:
OBS (free)
LoiLo (free)
Action (paid)

Some things above are right, some are wrong.

1. If you have an Nvidia GTX Graphics Card just use Shadow Play. Its by far the best.

2. Collabs are important. While you have 10 subs try to record with 100 subs people. When you reach 500 subs everything will seem a LOT easier.

3. Record the 'popular' games that you enjoy. Even though Minecraft is going down fall in most aspects, you can get big if you're creative. If you want to record FPS' like CS:GO focus on the humor, editing and try to get a high skill level so its more enjoyable.
If you're good with editing, use it as an advantage. EVERYONE loves edited funny videos.

Hope I helped, hit me up if you need more help.

Don't hop on badwagons and do the same things as everyone else. Try to keep your content creative and fresh, that's one of the best ways to gain subscribers.

I advise you to upload 1-2 times per week on fast times and days. If you upload daily it will be hard for users to find you. If you upload on random times subs will never know when to watch. If you are bigger(around 500 subs) you can go upload daily(some little youtubers told me. He had 5K subs)
