Making a MCM SMP

I think it would be a super cool idea to make a MCM Smp. This smp server would have 1-5 Admins to make sure people are following rules (25+ Positive Rep) It would just be one big community playing minecraft together with a couple plugins to make going places easier like warp to spawn. There would be an area for shops ect. (Players With a 3/1 + Rep only could join) Example 6 + rep 2 - rep 12 + rep 4- Rep. I have a lot of ideas give
me some feed back if you would play join ect..​
